Compact Living, Big Style - East Austin Infill

This new, three-story, single-family residence was designed and built on a small, narrow, and irregular lot in East Austin. The lot size was both a challenge and an opportunity for creative design solutions. The design maximizes functionality and livable space while embracing the vibrant energy of the East Austin community.
